It is the time of year when we go pumpkin picking and we post photos of the process.
The boys each got to pick whatever pumpkin they could pick up, carry to the wagon, and put in by themselves. They’re strong, but the size/weight configuration provided some limitations on their selection.
Oliver’s first pumpkin had a hole, so Daddy helped him pick a new one. Then Daddy had to help Patrick pick one too.
Maybe next year we’ll have better luck with the haul-your-own-pumpkin rule.
Much to the boys’ dismay, we have not yet carved our pumpkins. It is supposed to rain most of next week and I don’t want to deal with soggy, moldy pumpkins before their time.
