Gavin’s birthday is today, which means, for one whole month we are the same age. To celebrate I made a Raspberry Charlotte, because I could.
It was not as complicated as I feared, and I’m saving the recipe in case I need an impressive dessert to share again.
The only thing I would do differently is get a better 8×8 baking pan.
We enjoyed most of it on Sunday, but enough remains for us to enjoy the rest of it this evening.
