For the second time since Gavin & I moved out to Sebastopol, and first time since Oliver was born, my parents flew out to visit for a long weekend.
It rained most of the time they were here, but that didn’t stop us from having lots of fun. We played with blocks, bounced on Rody, experimented with the brakes on grandpa’s wheelchair, cooked, read lots of fun books, looked at car brochures, and went for a drive.
Grandma Irene made Oliver some over-sized “jungle jammies” which he proudly sported on Friday until he bundled up for a walk.
Grandma was busy and also made Mommy-and-Oliver matching aprons.
Most importantly, on Sunday, the proud grandparents posed for a photo with their favorite grandson for their Christmas card.
More photos can be found at Oliver’s 22 month album.
