Q: Why did you pick the name Oliver? A: We thought it was a great name, and it fit our name requirements Oliver works well with titles such as “Sir Oliver” and “The Honorable Oliver.” It also sounds good when you yell it really loudly.

Q: When can I/we visit Oliver? A: Give us a call before you drop by (a day or two notice is nice, but a few hours is also usually OK). Weekends tend to be best.

Q: Is Oliver talking yet? What words does he say? A: Oliver has several dozen words which he chooses not to use on command (or polite request).

Q: Does Oliver have any favorite activities? A: Yes, our blog chronicles many of Oliver’s favorite activities.

Q: Is Oliver excited about New Baby 2.0? A: When we informed Oliver about New Baby 2.0, he was rather apathetic, wanted more juice, and a cookie.

• Q: Now that Patrick has arrived, how does Oliver feel about it? A: Oliver’s taken a liking to his “bay-bee” and enjoys patting Patrick on the head, kissing him, and shushing him when he gets fussy.
